For our client, an international technology company specializing in cloud communications, CPaaS, contact center solutions, and customer interaction automation, we are looking for a Head of Sales LATAM, based in Mexico, who will take ownership of building a predictable, scalable, and high-performing sales organization in Mexico.
We are looking for a very hands-on commercial leader and true player-coach, someone who is equally comfortable leading and coaching a team, working directly with customers, stepping into strategic deals, and building the sales processes and discipline required to drive sustainable revenue growth.
This is not a purely strategic or high-level management role. The ideal candidate has experience directly leading and developing a sales organization of approximately 10–15 people, stays close to the team’s day-to-day commercial activity, and actively coaches salespeople on real opportunities, negotiations, pipeline strategy, and closing.
You should be able to move seamlessly between team leadership and individual deal execution: review the pipeline in the morning, coach a salesperson through a difficult opportunity, join an executive customer meeting, challenge the deal strategy, and then work with the General Manager on forecast, conversion, and sales priorities.
The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of:
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has personally sold, managed, coached, and improved sales performance – not someone whose recent experience has been limited to managing large organizations through multiple layers of management.
The mission is clear: transform sales activity into a disciplined, measurable, and repeatable revenue engine capable of supporting sustainable growth in Mexico and further LATAM expansion.
In this role, you will be a very hands-on Head of Sales responsible for building a predictable sales engine in Mexico while directly leading, coaching, and developing the commercial team.
a) Lead, Coach & Develop the Sales Team
Directly manage a hands-on commercial team of approximately 10–15 people, including Sales Managers / Account Executives, BDRs / SDRs, and Account Management roles.
You will stay close to the team and actively: Coach salespeople on real opportunities, Join deal reviews and customer meetings, Improve discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills
Set clear KPIs and performance expectations, Conduct regular 1:1s and sales reviews, Hire and onboard new team members, Develop strong performers and address underperformance.
b) Stay Hands-On in Sales
Personally participate in strategic and complex opportunities.
You should be comfortable joining a difficult deal, identifying what is blocking it, helping the salesperson define the right strategy, engaging with key decision-makers, and supporting negotiations, without taking ownership of the opportunity away from the sales manager.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate recent personal involvement in closing B2B technology deals, not only results achieved by their team.
c) Own Revenue, Pipeline & Forecast
Take responsibility for: Revenue growth, Qualified pipeline, Pipeline quality and coverage, Conversion rates, Sales cycle, Win rate, Forecast accuracy, Closed-won performance, Ensure the CRM contains real, qualified opportunities with clear use cases, stakeholders, next steps, budgets, and expected closing dates.
d) Build a Repeatable Sales Model
Create and continuously improve a structured full-cycle sales process:
Standardize sales stages, qualification criteria, playbooks, deal-management practices, and reporting across the team.
e) Strengthen Outbound & ICP Strategy
Define the right: Industries and customer segments, ICP and target accounts, Use cases and customer pain points, Buying triggers, Decision-makers, Commercial messaging, Build a strong direct and outbound-driven sales motion focused on qualified opportunities rather than activity for activity’s sake.
f) Improve Conversion & Sales Velocity
Identify where deals are getting stuck or being lost and take concrete action to improve sales cycle
g) Own CRM & Sales Discipline
Establish strong operational discipline through: Weekly pipeline reviews, Forecast reviews
CRM hygiene, Clear next steps for every opportunity, Sales dashboards, Performance reporting
Build a forecast that the General Manager and leadership team can confidently rely on.
h) Partner with the General Manager, Marketing & Product
Work closely with the General Manager on sales priorities, pipeline, forecast, team performance, and blockers.
Collaborate with Marketing on ICP, lead quality, campaigns, messaging, and events, and provide Product / Technical teams with structured feedback from customers regarding use cases, integrations, product gaps, and commercial blockers.
If you recognize yourself in this description and are excited about the opportunity to build a predictable, scalable B2B technology sales organization in Mexico and contribute to LATAM growth, we would be happy to receive your application:

A respected law firm entrusted us with finding a Personal Assistant for one of their General Managers. The role required not just legal knowledge, but a rare combination of personal attributes: strong stress resistance, a non-confrontational nature, strict discipline, and meticulous attention to detail.
Solution:
While each of these qualities is common individually, finding them all in a single candidate can be challenging. In this case, our process was especially efficient. We implemented targeted assessments to evaluate stress resistance and adaptability, ensuring candidates could handle the demands of a busy legal environment and fit seamlessly into the existing team.
After thorough screening, we presented the two top candidates. The client selected the one who best matched both their professional needs and company culture.

Solution:
We designed a tailored search strategy to meet international standards and certification requirements, focusing on candidates with outstanding project achievements, impeccable English, and stable professional backgrounds (with no more than one job change every five years).
Our primary sourcing channel was LinkedIn, where we meticulously analyzed over 70 candidate profiles that matched the client’s criteria. Each selected candidate faced a rigorous assessment process:

A global provider of fuel and fleet management solutions asked us to recruit a skilled Service Engineer in Mexico — despite having no legal presence or experience hiring in the country. The task was further complicated by strict technical requirements, the need for advanced English proficiency, and the company’s lack of a registered Mexican entity.
Solution:
We began by consulting the client on all aspects of establishing a legal entity in Mexico, explaining the nuances of the local labor market and employment regulations. Our guidance covered everything from company registration to accounting and legal support.
Once the hiring requirements were fully defined, we launched a comprehensive talent search using local job portals, social media, professional communities, and personal recommendations. We conducted initial interviews on behalf of the client, facilitated meetings with top candidates in Mexico, and organized international travel for final interviews with company leadership.

With our support, the client successfully registered a local entity and secured all necessary legal and accounting frameworks for future hires.
A highly qualified, bilingual Service Engineer joined the team in Mexico — meeting all technical and language criteria. The successful outcome and smooth process led the client to continue partnering with us for future technical support recruitment as their operations expand.
Task:
An international FinTech company, preparing to launch a new office in Mexico City, approached us on recommendation for a critical hire: a bilingual CPO. The challenge was significant — the candidate needed to build a top-tier local development team from scratch and successfully lead the launch of a new product in the Mexican market.
Solution:
We started with a series of in-depth meetings and online conferences with the client, clarifying all position requirements and gaining a detailed understanding of the project’s scope and goals. Together, we defined the essential technology stack and co-developed a technical test to assess candidates’ real-world skills.
Our search combined multiple strategies: tapping into our extensive proprietary candidate database, reaching out through local job portals, professional recommendations, and broader recruitment networks. In total, we reviewed and evaluated around 130 resumes. From these, we shortlisted three top candidates who matched the client’s criteria. Each candidate was approved by the client, then underwent a rigorous technical interview process and completed the assigned test project, along with a series of personal interviews.
Result:
After a comprehensive evaluation, one outstanding finalist emerged. The company extended an offer, which was promptly accepted.
Total time from initial brief to signed job offer: just 32 days.
